Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- The image of the album cover is used as the primary and only means of visual identification for the album, which is the main subject of the article.
- The fairly low resolution of the image makes it ill-suited for use in the potential production of illegal copies of the album in any convincing way.
- The image is not used in such a way that a reader can convincingly be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the album cover.
