This image is being linked on the above page; though the picture is subject to copyright. I (MJBurrage) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of the promotional image;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner’s rights to sell the show (on-air or DVDs etc.) in any way;
3. it illustrates a character played by the actor, and as such could not be replaced by a free image of the actor which would be in another context.
