Mohammad Nabi Habibi (Persian: محمد نبی حبیبی, born 19 December 1946) is an Iranian politician and sociologist who is Secretary-General of the Islamic Coalition Party since 2008. Before being elected as the leader of the party, he was deputy leader under Habibollah Asgaroladi. He was also Mayor of Tehran from 1983 until 1987 for 44 months.[1] He is one of the Principlists Coalition candidates for the Parliament of Iran in 2016 election from Tehran.
