Summary

<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermography" class="extiw" title="en:Thermography">Thermal images</a> of two faces of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leslie_cube" class="extiw" title="en:Leslie cube">Leslie's cube</a> taken with an infrared camera, compared with conventional black & white photographs of the cube. The four faces of the cube are at the same temperature. The face that has been painted black emits <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/thermal_radiation" class="extiw" title="en:thermal radiation">thermal radiation</a> strongly. The polished face of the aluminum cube emits much more weakly, and the reflected image of the experimenter's warm hand is clear. This cube is made by 3B Scientific, Inc.
