2009–10 FA Women's Premier League Cup

The 2009–10 FA Women's Premier League Cup was the 20th edition of the cup tournament for teams both levels of the Women's Premier League, the National Division and the Northern and Southern Divisions, the second and third level of English women's football respectively. The cup was won by Leeds United, who defeated Everton 3-1. This was the last season of the cup before the formation of the FA Women's Super League and subsequently three of the four teams (Arsenal, Chelsea and Everton) in the semi-final progressed to the Super League the following season.
