Ainy Jaffri[1] is a Pakistani actress and model. In 2010 Ainy Jaffri won the "Best Model Female" of the year. She has featured in a number of Pakistani productions including Dreamers, Zip Bus Chup Raho and Badtameez in the start of her career, she received attention after appearing in Meri Behan Maya in 2012. Recently she has featured in Aseerzadi on Hum TV. She was nominated for ARY Film Award for Best Star Debut Female and ARY Film Award for Best Supporting Actress.

Career

After appearing in a few commercials Jaffri appeared in her first serial, Zip Bus Chup Raho, where she played a supporting character. Her next serial Dreamers was a youth oriented show. She then appeared in a supporting role in the serial Badtameez. She also appeared in a string of telefilms in the Kitni Girhain Baqi Hain series and appeared in the second season of the sitcom Kya Life Hai.

Then she appeared in Haseena Moin's drama serial "Meri Behan Maya" which aired on Geo television network in late 2012. Jaffri played the lead role of Maya alongside Neelam Muneer, Javed Sheikh and Danish Taimoor. Jaffri appears in a lead role in Hum TV's program Aseerzadi.

In 2013 she made her Lollywood debut in Humyun Saeed's production Main Hoon Shahid Afridi.[2] Ainy Jaffri has also rendered the voice of the main character in Pakistan's first super hero cartoon, "Burka Avenger".

In 2016 she is set to appear with Osman Khalid Butt in Balu Mahi, a film by Haissam Hussain. [3]

Marriage

On 28 September 2013, Jaffri became engaged to Faris Rahman who works as an equity analyst at Fidelity Investments in London.[4] and the couple were married on 22 February 2014.
