Alejandro Rodríguez de Valcárcel y Nebreda, 1st Count of Rodríguez de Valcárcel (25 December 1917 in Burgos – 22 November 1976 in Madrid) was a Francoist Spanish politician, who served in important positions under Francisco Franco.

From November 27, 1969 to December 5, 1975 he served as the President of the Congress of Deputies.

He briefly served as interim Head of state (President of the Regency Council), from Franco's death on November 20 to November 22, 1975, when then Prince Juan Carlos took an oath and was proclaimed King of Spain.
