Arnold Scholten (born December 5, 1962 in Den Bosch, North Brabant) is a retired football midfielder from the Netherlands. He played for Den Bosch, Ajax, Feyenoord and JEF United Ichihara (Japan). Because of his white-blonde haircolor, Scholten was nicknamed The White Socrates after Brazilian playmaker Sócrates.
