Bill Dodd is a Democratic politician who was elected to the California State Assembly in 2014 to represent the 4th Assembly District, which include all or portions of Yolo, Napa, Sonoma, Lake, Solano, and Colusa Counties.

Dodd is running for California's 3rd State Senate district.[1]

Political career

Prior to being elected to the State Assembly, Dodd was a Napa County supervisor from 2001 to 2014.[2] He is a former Republican.[3]

Business career

Prior to his time in elected office, Dodd operated multiple Culligan Water franchises and served as president of the water quality industry’s state and national trade associations.[2]

Personal life

Dodd graduated from California State University, Chico.

Dodd and wife Mary reside in Napa and have five grown children and five grandchildren.
