The Blue Sky Tower is located in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and has been the tallest building in the country since its completion in 2009. The skyscraper consists of a steel and glass structure with a curtain wall made of blue colored glass.
It is used as office space, conferences, a hotel and as a living space. The hotel has 200 rooms, 12 suites, rooms for conferences and other events, several restaurants, and garages.
It is 105 metres (344 ft) tall.

In 2006 construction of Blue Sky tower (hotel) started. in 2008 construction halted of presidential election by fall of democratic party(mongolia). In end of election construction resumed constrution.In 2009 construction of Sky tower had been topped-out. after 2 years construction scheduled to open
