Browns Island (California)

Browns Island Regional Preserve is in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta in Contra Costa County, California separated from Pittsburg by New York Slough. The 275-hectare (680-acre) East Bay Regional Park District island is bounded by Middle Slough on the east, New York Slough on the south, and Suisun Bay on the west and northwest.
The East Bay Regional Park District has published a guide to the wild plants that grow on this island.[1]
