Colin Lippiatt was an English semi-professional footballer who following injury went in non league coaching and ,management initially with his brother-in-law Brian Caterer with Windsor & Eton FC with whom they had both played.

Colin's playing career included spells at Hayes FC, Wokingham Town FC and Ruislip Manor FC.

Colin Lippiatt, formed a unique and significant partnership with Geoff Chapple, one of Colin's former players at Woking FC.[1] Colin Lippiatt was Woking FC's coach during the Cards’ 1990s heyday as the club won promotion to the Conference, lifted the FA Trophy at Wembley three times and hit the national headlines in the FA Cup.

Lippiatt, who also had managerial stints at Yeovil Town, St Albans City, Farnborough FC and Leatherhead, was known and respected throughout non-league football - his contacts book and photographic memory for players’ telephone numbers as legendary as the spotless white trainers he always wore.

Colin Lippiatt is considered by many to have become one of the most successful and knowledgeable men in the English Non-League pyramid.
