Dhallywood (Bengali: ঢালিউড) is the informal term popularly used for the Bengali-language film industry based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Dhallywood is the largest film Industry in Bangladesh and one of the major centers of film production in South Asia. The word "Dhallywood" is a portmanteau of the words Dhaka and Hollywood[1][2]
