This is mainly because the different educational management strategics makes a huge different to school and student outcomes[1].Education management including of planing, procurement, coordinating, influencing, stimulating, and evaluation in order to accomplish mange goals and objectives.[2]

The effective management of education becomes more and more important in today's society. It is increasingly regarded as the essential element in school and college improvement.[3]The quality of the leadership is one of the most important things in educational management. It has been proved that managers in education require well preparation in order to successfully in leading schools and colleges. The development of effective leaders and manages requires a rang of strategies, such as high-quality course, reasonable tuition and experienced.[4]

Leadership has a strong relationship with the management, Traditional views say that the good educational leader tend to have the ability to deal with things in different situations. And they know how to motivate students to learn. Successful leader in educational management always have a specific goal, like what they want to achieve.[5]

For institute:

  1. There is a good structure in school that can make sure that the authority can be use properly.
  2. School and college that usually has a good goal.
  3. Decisions and behaviours are governed by rules and regulations[7] .

For individual

  1. Finding problems and solving problems skill.
  2. Gain knowledge about the management theory.
  3. Understanding the cultural background.
