It is increasingly regarded as the essential element in school and college improvement.[3]The quality of the leadership is one of the most important things in educational management. It has been proved that managers in education require well preparation in order to successfully in leading schools and colleges. The development of effective leaders and manages requires a rang of strategies, such as high-quality course, reasonable tuition and experienced.[4]

Leadership has a strong relationship with the management, Traditional views say that the good educational leader tend to have the ability to deal with things in different situations. And they know how to motivate students to learn. Successful leader in educational management always have a specific goal, like what they want to achieve.[5]
