European Federation of Biotechnology

The European Federation of Biotechnology (EFB) is a European lobbying association.
It brings together institutes, companies and individuals who are interested in the promotion of biotechnology throughout Europe and also beyond. The organisation was established in 1978. The president of the EFB is Marc Van Montagu.
Activities
The European Federation of Biotechnology is an important pro-GMO lobby in Bruxelles.[1]
Journal
New Biotechnology is the official journal of the European Federation of Biotechnology and is published bimonthly.
