Gömmece is a village in Tarsus district of Mersin Province, Turkey. It is situated in the southern part of Toros Mountains at Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found.. It is 45 kilometres (28 mi) to Tarsus and 75 kilometres (47 mi) to Mersin. The population of village was 171 [1] as of 2012.
