Pivotal Bills
Senator Davis has not sponsored any pivotal legislation that has passed. However, had S.B. 112 passed, Gamefowl fighting would have become a felony, which would have decreased the amount of illegal activity in Utah.[5] Fowl fighting is currently just a misdemeanor in Utah, which causes many people to come to Utah to participate in cockfighting.[5]
