HMS America was a 60-gun fourth rate ship of the line of the Royal Navy, built by Wells and Stanton at Rotherhithe and launched on 21 May 1757.[1][2]
From 1758 to 1760, America was under the command of a Captain James Kirke.[3]
She was broken up in 1771.[1]
