Hypothymis is a genus of bird in the Monarchidae family. It contains the following species:
- Celestial monarch (Hypothymis coelestis)
- Negros celestial monarch, Hypothymis coelestis rabori – possibly extinct (late 20th century?)
- Short-crested monarch (Hypothymis helenae)
- Black-naped monarch (Hypothymis azurea)
- Pale-blue monarch, (Hypothymis puella)
