Alejandro Ilagan "Kim" Atienza (born January 24, 1967),[1][2][Note 1] better known as Kuya Kim, is a Filipino TV host, actor, voice actor and weather anchor. He is currently a resident weather anchor in ABS-CBN's TV Patrol's segment, "Weather-Weather Lang."
Atienza is the eldest son of former Manila mayor Lito Atienza and the brother of Ali Atienza.[3]

Radio & television career
He started his broadcasting career in the early 1990s, as the anchor of "Mata ng Agila", a early morning newscast of DZEC Radyo Agila 1062, together with Onin Miranda.[4]
Atienza started his stint on TV when he began hosting Magandang Umaga, Pilipinas's Animalandia. He soon was tracking weather until he became the resident weatherman of TV Patrol.
He left the early morning show, Umagang Kay Ganda in 2009 to host the late morning variety show Showtime (now called It's Showtime).[3]
He began hosting Matanglawin (Hawkeye) on March 24, 2008.[3]

A father of three (Jose III, Eliana and Emman), Atienza is married to Felicia Hung, president and founding member of Chinese International School Manila (CISM). Kim Atienza is an avid marathoner, triathlete and cyclist.
Business
Kim Atienza once co-owned True Home Hotel in Boracay, and later sold his share to his business partners.
