List of Miss USA titleholders
This is a list of women who have won the Miss USA beauty pageant. Eight Miss USA winners have gone on to become Miss Universe and are indicated in bold face. From 1967 on, a runner-up was selected to replace any Miss USA titleholder who won the Miss Universe pageant.
