List of municipalities in Belize

Municipalities in Belize are divided into three types: cities, towns, and villages. Each type has a different form of government as defined by Title VIII of the Laws of Belize.[1]

As of 2013, Belize has two cities and seven towns.[1][2]

As of 2013, there are over 190 officially recognized villages in Belize.[2][5]
