Lutwyche City Shopping Centre is a neighbourhood shopping centre located in Lutwyche, a suburb of the city of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia. It is anchored by a Coles and Aldi plus over 48 specialty stores, including Homeart and The Reject Shop. It contains a Diner's Life food court, a Fresh Life fresh food precinct, and several government office suites. The building comprises 4 levels; the 2 lower levels are undercover car parking, the 3rd level is the retail level (which is at street level with Lutwyche Road) and the 4th level contains the office suites.

History

The centre, built by Ferro Constructions, was opened in 1974 and was originally anchored by Coles and Barry and Roberts department store. Before Centro acquiring the centre in 2001, it was owned by Leda Property Group. The centre was refurbished in the late 1980s and again in 2003 after being acquired by Centro, adding an extension for Crazy Clark's and new Diner's Life food court. A Fresh Life fresh food mall was added and general mall reconfiguration occurred as well as part of this refurbishment. More recently BILO was replaced with ALDI and additional office suites on Level 3 were added.
