Manuel Modesto Seoane (born June 26, 1955 in Tampa, Florida is a retired professional baseball player who pitched in seven Major League Baseball games for the Philadelphia Phillies and Chicago Cubs during the 1977 and 1978 seasons.
In 1982, Seoane, along with Mark Lemongello, was arrested for the kidnapping and robbery of Lemongello's cousins Mike Lemongello, a former professional bowler, and Peter Lemongello.[1] Seoane was sentenced to seven years probation after he pleaded no contest to the charges.[2]
