Microsoft Download Manager (version 1.2.1 build 2044) was published by Microsoft in 2011. It is a simple download manager for Windows 7, XP (SP3), Vista, and Server 2008 R2 supporting various languages and http: (incl. https:, but not ftp:).[1][2] A Softpedia reviewer noted some missing basic and advanced features.[3] The YouTube download article on Wikimedia Commons contains a recipe to bypass one of these deficits.
