Mike Livingston (born November 14, 1945) is a former American football quarterback. He played professionally for the American Football League's Kansas City Chiefs in 1968-1969, and for the NFL Chiefs from 1970 to 1979. A 1964 graduate of Dallas' South Oak Cliff High School,[1] he was drafted by Kansas City in the second round of the 1968 Common Draft from Southern Methodist University. During the Chiefs' American Football League and World Championship season in 1969, starter Len Dawson and backup Jacky Lee went down with injuries,[2] and Livingston started six games, threw for 1123 yards, was 84 of 161, with four touchdowns. The Chiefs won all six games and later went on to win Super Bowl IV, although Livingston was no longer at the helm.
