Nadezhda Vladimirovna Tkachenko (Ukrainian: Надія Володимирівна Ткаченко, Russian: Надежда Владимировна Ткаченко; born September 19, 1948, in Kremenchuk, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union) is a former pentathlete.
Biography
She won an Olympic gold medal for the Soviet Union in 1980. A three-time Olympian, Tkachenko trained at VSS Avanhard in Donetsk Oblast. For the rest of her life until her death she was training sportspeople in Donetsk, and was named Honorary Citizen of Donetsk.
