Nedelcho Lazarov Kolev (Bulgarian: Неделчо Лазаров Колев, born 26 March 1953 in Kableshkovo) is a Bulgarian Olympic, European and World Weightlifting Champion. Best known for his success at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow and for his 6 gold medals from world championships in Manila and Havana, Cuba. He is noted a great manager, and has worked as chief coach for the national teams of Bulgaria, Bahrain, India, Thailand and Indonesia.

Kolev is the father of singer Ruth Koleva.

Currently Nedeltcho Kolev is the president of the Bulgarian weightlifting federati[1] on.
