Neochildia fusca is an acoel worm of the Convolutidae family.[1][2] A characteristic feature of this animal is that it has no gonads but reproduces through gametes which are produced from the mesenchyme. Furthermore, the animal has no intestines.
It is a marine species which lives between sedimentary rocks. Neochildia fusca was first scientifically described in 1975 by Louise Bush.[3]
