Nicolas Bréhal

Nicolas Bréhal (Gérald Solnitzki) (born 6 December 1952 Paris – 31 May 1999 Levallois-Perret) was a French novelist and literary critic.

He was literary director at the Mercure de France[1] and literary critic at Le Monde and Le Figaro.[2]

He won the Prix Valery Larbaud and Grand prix des lectrices de Elle in 1992, for Sonate au clair de Lune. He won the 1993 Prix Renaudot, for Les Corps célestes.
