PC City is a chain of computer superstores currently operating now only in Italy. Since August 2014, it is both owned and run by Dixons Carphone, and is equivalent to the PC World brand, which operates in the United Kingdom & Ireland. (As of April 2015, the current PC City logo is identical, aside from the name-,to the previous version of the PC World logo).

Previously, PC City had stores in countries other than Italy, but these are now closed:–

  • Sweden – In 2009, the physical stores closed down. In August 2013, the online outlet switched to the Electro World brand.[1]
  • France – In December 2001, the chain started with 2 stores, but closed all 9 stores in February 2007.
  • Spain – In April 2011, the chain closed all 34 stores.[2]
