Pinus maximinoi, commonly known as thinleaf pine, is a species of conifer in the Pinaceae family. It is found in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico at elevations of 1,500–2,400 m (4,900–7,900 ft). P. maximinoi reaches a height of 15–30 m (49–98 ft) and has smooth bark when young.
