Rossby Crater is an impact crater in the Eridania quadrangle on Mars at 47.9°S and 192.2°W, and it is 82.5 km in diameter. Its name was approved in 1973, and it was named after Carl-Gustaf Rossby.[1] Pictures show gullies on the wall of Rossby Crater.
