Ruby Star Airways is an airline based in Minsk, Belarus. It's been fully licensed as an air carrier since 2002 by the State Aviation Committee of the Republic of Belarus.[1]
Ruby Star Airways operates four aircraft including two Ilyushin Il-76's and two Antonov An-12BP's.[2] The average age of its fleet is 37.8 years. Its ICAO code is RSB and the Director General is Mikholai Evgeniy.[3]
