Santiago Amat Cansino (June 22, 1887 – November 11, 1982) was a Spanish sailor who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics, in the 1928 Summer Olympics, and in the 1932 Summer Olympics.
In 1932 he won the bronze medal in the Snowbird class.
He was Spanish national champion in the Snipe class three times (1944, 1946 and 1951).
