The Stolen Children (Italian: Il ladro di bambinicode: it is deprecated ) is a 1992 Italian film directed by Gianni Amelio. The film was selected as the Italian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 65th Academy Awards, but was not accepted as a nominee.^[1]^[2]

Plot

A policeman bonds with two children as he escorts them to an orphanage.
