Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Predator is a tactical shooter video game developed by Virtuos, published by Ubisoft for the PlayStation Portable, and released in 2010.

Gameplay

In this game, the player must lead their elite squad on the hunt for terrorists in the jungles of Sri Lanka. Deep behind enemy lines, they have a mission to accomplish: to take out the insurgents before the situation gets out of hand. The player must encounter the enemy on his own ground. He knows the terrain better, has more allies, and knows where to hide and where to attack. In a crowded street, the player first has to make the distinction between friend and foe, and the only way to fulfill their mission is with the help of their technology and training. The player must choose which enemy to take down first, decide when and how, and use the environment to their advantage, along with Intel from command, media and locals. The player then must locate and stalk enemies and, when the time is right, strike and kill without mercy. The game also features multiplayer co-op where gamers can create a rifle team with two other friends (up to three players Ad-hoc), using flanking tactics with their teammate(s) to outsmart the opposition. They can also use high-tech equipment to hunt, such as drones, air support and prototype weapons. Gaining experience for their squad allows customization of their Ghosts, making them more powerful.

Plot

Deep in the jungles of Sri Lanka, the Ghosts have 72 hours to prepare the way for a U.S. invasion force. The Ghosts uncover proof that they've been targeting the wrong enemy. Now they must act before falsified intelligence lures America into an unpredictable and devastating war.

First, the Ghosts attack the recruitment area for the Activists, a group who are all about revolution who are suspected of attacking American Sea Mining vessels and massacring he crews. After clearing the recruitment facility, the Ghosts take out a major activist camp and a major local power supply to cripple the Activists. Once this is done, the Ghosts are tasked to eliminate the enemy leader, code-named "The Teacher". Once The Teacher is eliminated, the Ghosts get ambushed by the Loyalists, another, far better trained group wanting revolution in Sri Lanka.
