Tom Segura (born April 16, 1979) is an American comedian[1] from Cincinnati, Ohio. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California.[2][3]

History

Segura was born April 16, 1979[4] and originally lived in Dayton, Ohio. He also lived in Minneapolis, Milwaukee, and Vero Beach, Florida.[5] He has been performing as a comedian since shortly after he graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne University. Segura has performed at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival,[6] The Comedy Festival, the Global Comedy Festival in Vancouver, Just For Laughs Comedy Festival,[7] the South Beach Comedy Festival.[8][9] Tom was also a San Francisco regional finalist on Last Comic Standing 2.

Segura is a member of the Deathsquad Network of standup comedians.[10]

When he was 18, Segura overdosed on drugs and fell into a coma.[11]

He has two sisters.[12]

Segura is married to comedian Christina Pazsitzky. In 2015, they had their first child together (Baby Jeans AKA Chapito). Tom also speaks Spanish fluently.

Radio

Segura makes regular appearances on The Bob and Tom Show and the Ron and Fez show.[13]

Podcast

Tom and his wife Christina Pazsitzky host their own podcast known as Your Mom’s House. Segura also makes regular appearances on The Joe Rogan Experience as well as The Crabfeast, a podcast hosted by Ryan Sickler and Jay Larson.

In 2012, Stitcher hosted the first annual Stitcher Awards. Six on demand radio and podcasts were chosen as finalists in various categories. Your Mom's House was chosen as a finalist in the Best Comedy category along with Smodcast, The Adam Carolla Show, The Joe Rogan Experience, The Nerdist, and WTF with Marc Maron.[14]
