Vamshi Paidipally (also Vamshi) (Telugu: పైడిపల్లి వంశీ) (born 25 July 1979) is a Tollywood film director who is known for directing the films Brindavanam (2010)[1] and Yevadu (2014).[2]

Earlier Life

Vamshi Paidipally{పైడిపల్లి వంశీ} was born to a Telugu family in Adilabad district, Telangana, India. Since his childhood he has been fascinated by films. His father had a theatre in his district so he grew up in the atmosphere of theatre. He did his schooling in Hyderabad Public School, and his (10+2) from Little Flower junior college.He then completed Bachelor's in commerce and a Master's in Computer Applications(MCA) From Badruka Educational society. He then came to US to complete Master's in Arts from University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning, but dropped out after flunking 1st semester and went back to Hyderabad, India. He says that's the best decision he ever made in his life. Vamsi is married to Himabindu with 1 kid. He lives in a high rise condo in Chintal Basthi.

Reception

Paidipally's first film, Munna, was a flop at the box office, while Brindavanam was a hit.[1] Yevadu was one of the top grossing Tollywood films of 2014.[3]
