Rev. John Collinson (c.1757–1793),[1] F.A.S., was a historian of the County of Somerset, England and author of History and Antiquities of the County of Somerset, 3 volumes, 1791.

Career

He was vicar of Long Ashton and curate of Filton (alias Whitchurch) in Somerset and was vicar of Clanfield in Oxfordshire.[2]
