The Mall at Oyster Bay was the name of a proposed shopping mall to be located in Syosset, New York, United States. Under proposal from 1994 to 2014, construction of the mall was repeatedly delayed due to courtroom trials while developer Taubman Centers attempted to acquire permission to build the center.[1][2]

As of 2012, the only anchor store that remained interested in the project is Nordstrom.[3] Neiman Marcus opted out of the project when they were offered their maiden Long Island store at Roosevelt Field.[4][5]

On January 31, 2014, Taubman sold the property of the proposed development to its competitor, Simon Property Group, abandoning the plans for the mall. Simon says that it intends on turning the site into a mixed-use development with minimal retail.[6]
