Timothy Charles "Tim" Fox (born 1957) is an American lawyer and Republican politician. He is the current Attorney General of Montana, elected in 2012.
Fox was born in Hardin, Montana. He graduated from the University of Montana with degrees in geology (1981) and law (1987). Prior to his election as Attorney General, he practiced law in Montana in a series of private and government roles.
He is married to the former Karen Wagner and has four children.
