A dürüm (Turkish: dürüm, "roll") is a wrap that is usually filled with typical döner kebab ingredients.[1] The wrap is made from lavash or yufka flatbreads.

Dürüm is considered one of the ten best Turkish street foods, together with simit, balık-ekmek (fish in a bread, Turkish style), lahmacun, tantuni, midye dolma, kokoreç, kumpir, tavuklu pilav (pilaf with boneless, shredded chicken meat) and börek.[2]
